## Invite people as an administrator

After signing in, open [Users](https://ai.wals.pro/users?lang=en). This page requires administrator permissions and a plan that allows user management for your team. Check available seats and the displayed conditions.

1. Verify the address of the person you want to invite.
2. Create their access and choose an appropriate role.
3. Review the policy: can they read, and which write actions and data areas are allowed?
4. Have them use their own account and connect their own AI client.

Do not share sign-in credentials. A person with an existing account can be added to the workspace; they do not necessarily need another registration.

## Start as an invited member

Accept the invitation and open [Setup](https://ai.wals.pro/setup?lang=en). Review your displayed access. Then connect [your AI client](https://ai.wals.pro/help/claude) and perform a [first read](https://ai.wals.pro/help/first-questions). Your administrator manages company details, the shared connection and billing.

## Why an action may be missing

Access is limited by the plan, role, user policy, permitted data areas and permissions of the weclapp user behind the API token. Approval in chat does not override these limits. A viewer cannot gain write access simply by confirming an action.

A shared API token acts in weclapp as its associated user. Personal keys can determine each person's weclapp identity, depending on plan and configuration. Ask the assistant to perform a read-only identity check to confirm who it acts as. If that query is blocked, ask your administrator to resolve the identity; the assistant must not guess.

## Partners and partner permissions

If a partner services your workspace, your administration decides what the partner may see. As an administrator, open [Partner permissions](https://ai.wals.pro/account/partner-permissions?lang=en) under **Configuration** in the menu. There you review the partner's proposals, confirm exactly the scope shown or revoke a permission. Without your approval the partner sees no customer information; the partner role grants no rights in weclapp.

## Change access

If permission is missing, describe the exact task and error to your administrator. Do not grant all permissions by default. You cannot use simplified Setup to broaden your own deliberately restricted access; another authorized administrator must handle that change.
