## Find the last successful step

Sign in and open [Setup](https://ai.wals.pro/setup?lang=en). Check the workspace and last confirmed step. Change one thing at a time, then check the result.

## Common cases

### Account or invitation missing

Check your spam folder and the address used. A new registration needs approval first. Your administrator can reissue an invitation. See [Account and access](https://ai.wals.pro/help/account).

### weclapp connection fails

Check that the address, system and token belong together. Remove accidentally copied spaces. If the token is rejected, check its validity and user permissions in weclapp. An accepted token with an incomplete connection is a different case: read the exact message. See [Connect weclapp](https://ai.wals.pro/help/weclapp-connection).

### AI sign-in fails or no tools appear

Select the correct client and system in [Connections](https://ai.wals.pro/connections?lang=en). Check that OAuth sign-in finished and the connection is enabled in chat. For managed accounts, use the access approved by your organization. Do not remove an existing connection as a precaution.

### A tool or permission is missing

If MCP access works, ask: **“Check connection, identity and effective permissions. Explain which layer is blocking access. Do not change anything.”**

Possible limits include plan, role, policy, data scope and weclapp permissions. Outdated skills or a frozen app tool list may need a reviewed update. Approval in chat does not override missing permissions.

### Quota reached or outcome unclear

For a quota or rate limit, follow the returned guidance; do not retry in a loop. After an interrupted write, first verify the target state before approving another attempt.

## Ask for help

Record the step, client, time and exact error message. Do not share passwords, API tokens or unnecessary customer data. If the connection works, your assistant can prepare a support request. Review the preview's content and recipient; only your explicit approval sends it.

Without a working connection, you can [arrange support](https://wals.pro/termin). For guided setup, use the [public onboarding prompt](https://ai.wals.pro/help/overview).
